E VISA TO TURKEY | LOCKDOWN - New Year's Resurrection! A COMPLETE COVID TEST? | Travel to Turkey 2020-2021

We have received a lot of comments and questions here since our last update about e visa to turkey lockdown. On Instagram, we were asked about the rules and laws and what could happen in Turkey in the future. We are actually in Dubai right now. These new rules are also going to affect our journey. When we are going back to Turkey we would like to give you a quick update about the new lockdown rules for the time of the new year. And also the rules that came into effect from last night.

We are going to start with those because they really are the most important for all travelers to turkey. Now Turkey has made a new rule that you must submit a negative Covid PCR test within 72 hours of your flight departure. It is going to start on Tuesday 29 December. This rule is going to apply to all travelers who are traveling to Turkey from all over the world. But those coming from South Africa and England in addition to the negative PCR tests are also going to be in quarantine for seven days and will be tested again at the end of seven days.

If the results are negative, their posture will end. If the results are positive, they will be treated for now, he said. But we do not know if it means the entire United States, if it happens then we will surely update you according to the details of this article. If you are thinking of traveling to Turkey by car. You actually have a two-day buffer window. It is going to go into effect on the 30th that you have to present a negative PCR test. So just be prepared if you are coming by planner car.

You are required to submit a negative PCR test for the foreseeable future and this new PCR test is scheduled to take effect by March 1 of 2021. So if you have a trip to Turkey by March 1. Just make sure that you have a PCR test taken within 72 hours. Now that we are in Dubey, that is really going to impress us. Like it's affecting you. We are going to find out how to get a negative PCR test in Dubai before returning to Turkey. I think the New Year's lockout is happening then and the biggest question of this kind has been asked by people. If you read our previous article.

You may be familiar with the lockdown rules in Turkey. This does not usually apply to tourists visiting Turkey for the New Year. This is going to be the case where tourists will not be in curfew. So you can still travel around to museums. But New Year parties are not allowed. If you have any publicity from hotels saying that we have a New Year party. This is not going to happen and the Turkish government is going to be very strict for those who are trying to throw parties at hotels or big gatherings.

We discussed in our previous article that hotel restaurants were actually allowed to be open. It's just that you can have a big gathering. So you can still have dinner at your hotel for New Year's Eve. If you need a test before you go back to your country before leaving Turkey, you may not have a group assembled. You can get one at Istanbul Airport for 250 Turkish Liras, but if you prefer to do one before going to the airport and as a tourist the maximum fee should be 250 Liras.

We are going to link a lab in the description. They have lots of places in Istanbul and you can set up an appointment with them. This is why we got our tests for Dubai and we highly recommend that this is a much more peaceful process than a hospital at the moment. Unfortunately some places are trying to charge a bit more to tourists who definitely make sure that you are not paying more than the currency rules and PCR test updates you should ask. We have another update on how to travel to Turkey. If you read our previous article, we mentioned that Uber was not allowed to be used in turkey.

I was suggested another app, but on 24 December it was announced that Uber was indeed welcome again. Which is exciting for us due to international travelers. This is a great application to use. Wherever you go, you have to communicate with your driver. So this brings us back. We are happy. We are retrieving it here in Dubey. So this is definitely a good welcome turkey again Uber. So that is as far as the new lockdown updates go in Turkey here. If any new information comes out then we will be sure to update our details. If you read our article we would be very appreciative as it encourages us to make it in the further article and while we wish you Happy New Year and Merry Christmas.

And we will write to you on the next travel article. If you ever want to come to turkey. Hope you have a great time bye.
